Garden Design Ideas

I’ve done mostly customer service & do NOT want to do it anymore. While I understand the majority of jobs do have some level of customer service, I am looking for something that isn’t predominantly CS.
I really want to do Landscape & Garden Design, however I don’t have a degree.
I’ve posted my resume on 6 different job search sites & keep getting hits for CS, even though I put a cover letter up saying that’s not what I’m looking for.
I’ve been out of work for almost 3 months now & am getting very frustrated. Any ideas?
Oh! I can’t do Landscape Laborer due to previous physical injuries, so that makes it more difficult.
